HMSA Recruitment 25-26 SWG

Aim

To create an interactive and impactful online and physical recruitment campaign for Helwan Medical Students Association (HMSA) that effectively guides and encourages new students to join our family.

SWG Composition & Job Description :

The SWG will be composed of 6 HMSA members.

All HMSA members can apply, however the SWG is to be composed of:

• Vice-President-Elect 25-26: Responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment campaign process and ensuring a healthy work environment for SWG members.

• Recruitment Coordinator (Online): Responsible for managing all tasks related to the online campaign, including content creation and publication.

• Publication Assistant: Responsible for creating all the needed designs for the physical and online recruitment campaigns. 

• Recruitment Coordinator (Physical): Responsible for overseeing all tasks related to the physical recruitment campaigns and attending both days.

• Logistics Coordinator: Responsible for procuring all necessary logistics for the physical recruitment campaigns.

• Content Writer: Responsible for crafting engaging and interactive posts as well as reviewing existing ones. 

General Tasks:

• Choose a theme for Oct. 25’ Recruitment Campaign 

• Suggest new ideas to be included in the Recruitment Campaign

Selection Criteria

• Previous TO, Local team, or Core team in HMSA (preferable).

• Motivation.

• Understanding of HMSA, IFMSA-Egypt, and IFMSA structure, mission, and values.

• Availability in October

• Experience in graphic design, video editing, photography, and related skills for Online Recruitment Coordinators and Publication Assistant.

• Physical availability in Helwan University For Recruitment Coordinator (Physical) is a must.
